Delicious Lamb Steak with Tikka Masala
I’ve recently discovered the deliciousness of tikka masala. If you enjoy Indian food, then you’ll love my Lamb Steak with Tikka Masala recipe. I think lamb goes really well with the spicy and earthy tasting sauce. Pair this with my Cheddar Couscous Salad, and you’ll have a delicious dinner that’s fast and cheap.
Tikka Masala Lamb Steak

Ingredients
- 4 lamb steaks
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Combine tikka masala and spices in a bowl and marinade lamb steaks in mixture overnight
- Step 2 Heat frying pan with oil over high heat
- Step 3 Season lamb with salt and pepper
- Step 4 Sear lamb on both sides for 2 minutes until it is golden brown
- Step 5 Garnish with chopped parsley
- Step 6 Serve with couscous or basmati rice
