Spicy Short Ribs Recipe
My all-time favourite dish would be my Spicy Short Ribs recipe. For me, this recipe is equivalent to KFC fried chicken. It’s finger-licking good, that’s garlicky, spicy and salty. You’ll want to eat with your hands and grab a cold beer while you’re at it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Korean short ribs
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 cup chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped Thai chilies
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Marinade short ribs with oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, mirin and sugar
- Step 2 Set aside in refrigerator for 2 hours
- Step 3 Heat frying pan or wok on high heat with vegetable oil
- Step 4 Stir fry short ribs 4 minutes per side and put into small bowl
- Step 5 Cook chilies and garlic in the frying pan
- Step 6 Put back short ribs into the frying pan and season with salt
- Step 7 Serve
