Today's Mother's Day and I baked some delicious brownies for my mom. I never thought of myself as a baker but I like to feature something sweet once in a while. It's no secret that I love chocolate and I found this brownie recipe by Nigella Lawson really easy to make. I've added instant coffee to this recipe because it enhances the flavour of the cocoa power, resulting in a more chocolately taste. Try it and you'll see what I mean.
