I’m a big fan of Korean food so when I found some Gochujang chili paste, I wanted to use it for a spicy noodle dish. This Spicy Udon with Pork has a spicy sauce that packs a lot of flavour. I’ve also added some kimchi for some extra heat.

- 1 package of fresh or frozen udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons of Gochujang
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 1 pound pork fillet, trimmed, halved crossways

- 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
